Good evening! Hope all had a pleasant, although I am sure unusual St. Patrick's Day!
We have some updates and changes in plans to share with all of our valued friends and customers.
1. We have cancelled all of our classes now through Tuesday, March 31. We want all of our customers and staff to stay healthy and although sewing together would make us happy, it is probably not our wisest action at this point. We will evaluate what happens for our April classes and let you know no later than March 30. Note: The Double Bearpaw class scheduled for March 28 is tentatively rescheduled to April 11.
2. Unless the "powers that be" order us to close entirely prior to the weekend, we will be open for business Wednesday through Saturday from 11 am to 4 pm this week: March 18, 19, 20, & 21.
3. Next week, Monday - Friday, March 23-27, we plan to have someone at the shop from Noon to 2 pm daily to handle any calls, or quick visits for what you cannot survive without. Call ahead or send an e-mail to Info@PatchworkAngels.com or directly to Rose at Angelpatchrose@gmail.com letting us know what you need and we will do our best to get it ready for you to pick up or even to send out via mail. Obviously, if we are directed to be completely closed prior to next week, we won't be able to make this plan work, but as we said, one week/day at a time!
An e-mail will be sent out as things are adjusted.
All other classes are currently planned to be held as scheduled. If you cannot or would prefer not to come during this time, just give us a call letting us know so we don't worry about you when we don't see you!
If any of the staff or anyone we know that comes here regularly is confirmed to have the virus, we will let you know immediately and take the appropriate measures to keep all of us as safe and healthy as we can.
We appreciate your consideration in not coming in to the shop if you are feeling ill. Call us and we will do all we can to help you with your projects remotely or make arrangements to get needed supplies to you!
If you have questions or concerns, reach out to us via phone or email. We'll try to monitor as often as we can and get back to you asap!
If you are scheduled for a class and feel uncomfortable attending, just let us know and if you have prepaid, we will refund your fee or reschedule you for a future class, no worries.
If you need quilting supplies, but feel uncomfortable coming in to the shop, you can call us and we can package for quick pickup or even mail things to you if needed. We can even text you photos of fabrics to select from if that helps. We all need to keep our spirits up. Anything within our power, we will be happy to do.

Reminder, anytime you don't find what you need or want, particularly notions, patterns, books, or threads, just let us know and we can probably order it for you. Special orders generally take only a week or so to come in!
