Post Snow Storm Update from Patchwork Angels Quilt Shop
We finally got plowed out today, with the help of a big backhoe... pretty impressive, I can tell you that. Will be great to be back in business tomorrow and able to see all our quilting friends. Hope everyone got plowed out ok! Safety first!
We will be open our regular hours tomorrow: 11 am to 8 pm; however the Free Motion Quilting Class with Karen Miller has been cancelled. The next class will be on April 14. Please call and register if you wish to attend.
Tomorrow is St. Patrick's Day and Saturday is National Quilting Day so instead of different specials each day, we'll have one single Post Snowstorm sale: 25% off everything in the store, including sale fabrics and sewing machines.
We won't be accepting any coupons during this sale to make everything easier to process.
Class Notes and general updates:
Estie Mowry's Thursday Open Sew was cancelled yesterday and has been rescheduled for Thursday, March 23, at 12:30 pm.
Introduction to Wool Class has been scheduled in March for Wednesday night, March 22, from 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm. Laurie Waddell will be teaching the class this month. If you haven't come before and would like to join us, we still have several seats available.
Quilt Sew Late this month was previously scheduled for Saturday evening, March 18. This class has been moved to Saturday evening, March 25, due to schedule conflicts. Candy's Sew Much Fun with Candy has been moved from March 25 to March 18. Please check your calendars and let us know if this causes any conflicts or allows you to attend one of the classes when you could not before.
Applique Club normally on the 2nd Friday has been moved up to April 7 due to conflicts with the scheduling of the Free Motion Quilting Class, which is on April 14.

Booked Classes: Just a quick reminder that we have waiting lists for some of our classes and others that weren't previously heavily booked are now, so please let us know as soon as you know that you cannot come to a class you have scheduled for. If you have any questions about which classes you have signed up, just give a call to the shop or send an email to Info@PatchworkAngels.com and we'll get a list back to you so we can confirm your class spaces.
Seasonal Reminder: We are closed when the schools are closed. We will make every effort to post on Facebook and via the Newsletter (website) as soon as we know we will be closed for any given day. We may be open for evening classes if roads and weather clears, so please call the shop or contact us to check on your class before heading out or if you have any uncertainty of whether we are here. We want our staff and our customers to be safe above all else!

Important reminder for anyone attending classes or retreats at the shop. Please do NOT wear perfume or any scented body products when you attend classes or retreats. We have many quilters who have asthma and breathing difficulties, as well as allergies to scents, so we need to institute a "scent free" zone in the classroom for the benefit of all our quilters.
